A day doesn’t go by during the week that we do not do long stamina building workouts to increase your oxidative threshold.

When training HIIT long after you have left our gym, our body will continue to burn fat calories

Heart Rate Monitors

We offer for those who chose to use them, heart rate monitors for sale so you can track in real time calories burned from your workout.

Functional Fitness

What you can expect are cross training exercises that will improve activities of daily living.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS COACHES

 
Our Coaches have various Certifications including CFL1.  We have gone outside our CrossFit parameters including outlaw barbell training camps, various Olympic Lifting Seminars with Olympic lifting coaches as well as mobility seminars and Coaching Certifications.
We continue to further our Coaching Education always reading and studying different forms, not just exercise but Strength and Conditioning as well.
