Boot camp classes are a mirror of what we do in our Functional fitness classes, but at a modified rate. Functional Fitness exercises are still the main focus along with a heavy dose of conditioning. Here you will see little to no barbell in your workouts. These classes are specifically designed for the person that is short on time. We use group heart rate monitors for these classes that will help push you into reaching your target heart rate zone and keep you in your “Fit Theory” zone, which allows you to maximize your caloric burn during and even after your work out is done. This class is highly recommended for anyone who is just beginning, or has severe range of motion issues.
