What you can expect are cross training exercises that will improve activities of daily living.  Fit Theory will challenge your coordination and conditioning while simultaneously improving strength and rang of motion.  Movements will vary each day as will the object being used to perform the movement.  Expect to see variations of body weight, barbell, and conditioning exercises all programmed in various ways to challenge you differently each day. These classes will not only challenge you but will also help keep you in top athletic condition. These classes are recommended for our advanced athletes and our weekend warriors.
