FUNCTIONAL FITNESSWhat you can expect with Functional Fitness are cross training exercises that will improve activities of daily living. Fit Theory will challenge your coordination and conditioning while simultaneously improving strength and range of motion. These classes will not only challenge you, but will also help keep you in top athletic physical condition.
BOOT CAMPThese classes are specifically designed for the person that is short on time. We use group heart rate monitors for these classes that will help push you into reaching your target heart rate zone and keep you in your “Fit Theory” zone, which allows you to maximize your caloric burn during and even after your work out is done.
Mission StatementBy combining our highly trained coaching staff with our scientifically backed “Fit Theory”, we aim to help maximize your optimal health and fitness goals. Our team includes Dr’s who can assess your health risks via Functional Medicine consultations and will guide you into what type of work out or “Fit Theory” zone you should be in.
